一种兼具升降温功能的多阶宽程数字温控仪的设计与研制

摘要 目的设计和研制一种兼具升降温功能的多阶宽程数字温控仪。方法采用独立数显温控模块对经纳米气凝胶隔热处理的TEC半导体制冷元件和PET柔性加热元件进行精准升降温控制和稳定维持。结果仪器可实现2℃至常温间两个温阶和常温至80℃间八个温阶的精准调控,兼具致冷和加热双功能;制冷组平均降温速率ν_(J-BW)=-0.55℃/min,精度±0.1℃;加热组平均升温速率ν_(S-BW)=+1.90℃/min,精度±0.2℃,邻近温差最高50℃。结论仪器能在较宽温程内同时实现多温阶的制冷和加热功能并稳定控制和维持,在提升相关科学研究和实验教学中具有重要意义。 Objective A temperature controller with a wide temperature range is designed and developed in order to improve the experimental performance and teaching effectiveness.Methods Ten sets of independent digital display temperature control modules were used to control the temperature of TEC semiconductor refrigeration element and PET flexible heating element.Results The instrument consists of two groups of cooling and eight groups of heating with 10 temperature steps to achieve accurate control of 10 temperature points between 2~80℃.The average cooling rateν_(j-bw)=-0.55℃/min,the precision was±0.1℃,the average heating rateν_(s-bw)=1.90℃/min,the precision was±0.2℃,the maximum adjacent temperature order was 50℃.Conclusion The instrument can control and maintain several temperature stages in a wide temperature range,which can effectively improve the accuracy and stability of temperature control and improve the effect of experimental teaching.
