适用于航空救援的除颤监护仪设计 被引量:2

摘要 目的本研究研制一种除颤监护仪,旨在提高心脏骤停患者生存率,对患者进行快速除颤治疗,监护生理状态,并适应航空救援需求。方法整机采用模块化设计。除颤模块配备手动和自动模式,利用双向指数截断波进行除颤,同时集成监护、显示、打印和通信等模块,通过主板协调各模块工作。结果该除颤监护仪可以用于成人和儿童的除颤,能同步监护患者的心电和呼吸等生理参数,可用于航空医疗救援,除颤能量精度、充放电时间和监护参数均达到预期设计和技术指标。结论该除颤监护仪可以用于急救医疗服务,完成心脏骤停患者的救治。医院及机场等公共场所可配备该设备,提升心脏急救时效性,提高患者生存率。同时,该设备适用于直升机等空中救援项目。 Objective A defibrillation monitor is developed to improve the survival rate of cardiac arrest patients,perform rapid defibrillation treatment,monitor physiological status,and adapt to the needs of aviation rescue.Methods The whole machine adopted modular design.The defibrillation module was equipped with manual and automatic modes,and useed bidirectional exponential truncated waves for defibrillation.At the same time,it integrated modules such as monitoring,display,printing and communication,and coordinated the work of each module through the main board.Results The developed defibrillator monitor could be used for defibrillation of adults and children,and could monitor the patient’s physiological parameters such as ECG and respiration synchronously,and could be used for aviation medical rescue,and technical indicators.Conclusion The defibrillator monitor can be used in emergency medical services to complete the treatment of cardiac arrest patients.This equipment can be equipped in public places such as hospitals and airports to improve the timeliness of cardiac emergency and improve the survival rate of patients.It is also suitable for air rescue projects such as helicopters.
