摘要
目的探讨麻醉深度监护仪在老年食管癌患者术后疼痛中的应用效果。方法选取2020年12月—2022年5月我院收治的老年食管癌手术患者122例,按照麻醉方法的不同分为两组,对照组和研究组。两组手术均采取全身麻醉,对照组凭借临床经验及患者身体指征对麻醉药用量进行调整,研究组在麻醉深度监护仪指导下调整麻醉用量。观察并对比两组患者的血流动力学指标、VAS评分、PSQI评分、术后并发症发生情况、丙泊酚用量。结果研究组患者MAP指标水平高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者HR指标水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者VAS评分、PSQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者丙泊酚用量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年食管癌手术患者在麻醉深度监护仪指导下调整麻醉用量能够有效减少术后并发症的发生,降低麻醉用量,值得应用推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of anesthesia depth monitor on postoperative pain in elderly patients with esophageal cancer and its influence on VAS score.Methods A total of 122 elderly patients with esophageal cancer who were treated in our hospital from December 2020 to May 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to different anesthesia methods,the control group and the study group.General anesthesia was used in both groups of operations.The control group adjusted the amount of anesthesia based on clinical experience and the patient’s physical indications,and the study group adjusted the anesthesia dosage under the guidance of anesthesia depth monitor.The hemodynamic indexes,VAS score,PSQI score,postoperative complications and dosage of propofol were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The MAP index level in study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The HR index in study group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).VAS score and PSQI score in study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in study group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The dosage of propofol in study group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In elderly patients with esophageal cancer surgery,the adjustment of anesthesia dosage under the guidance of anesthesia depth monitor can effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,reduce the amount of anesthesia,worthy of application and promotion.
