下肢外骨骼康复机器人的研究与发展

摘要 近年来,脑血管疾病的发病率越来越高。众所周知,脑血管疾病引起中枢神经系统损伤,中枢神经系统损伤的患者日常活动能力受限,而解决这些问题已成为重要的研究课题。随着外骨骼机器人研究不断发展,辅助人体进行日常活动的需求得到有效回应。本文将从国内及国外两个方面综合阐述目前下肢外骨骼康复机器人的研究现状,以及关键技术及发展,从研究和开发角度对康复机器人的发展方向进行详述。 In recent years,the incidence of cerebrovascular disease has been increasing.It is well known that cerebrovascular disease causes central nervous system damage,and the daily activities of patients with central nervous system damage are limited,and solving these problems has become an important research topic.With the continuous development of exoskeleton robot research,the need to assist the human body in daily activities has been effectively responded to.This paper would comprehensively describe the current research status of lower limb exoskeleton rehabilitation robots,as well as key technologies and development,from both domestic and foreign aspects,and elaborate on the development direction of rehabilitation robots from the perspective of research and development.
