基于Smith图的某宽裕度高效率五级轴流压气机气动设计

Aerodynamic Design of a Wide Surge Margin and High Efficiency Five-stage Axial Compressor Based on Smith Chart

摘要 本文利用Smith图对某宽裕度高效率的五级轴流压气机的一维设计参数数值的选取进行评估和优化,得到一个匹配良好、裕度大、效率高的一维设计结果。经过S2通流设计和三维造型,最终得到五级轴流压气机。采用三维数值模拟软件对该压气机进行计算和分析,结果表明该五级轴流压气机的绝热效率略低于设计指标,与Smith预测的效率相当;在整个转速范围内,裕度达标。 Smith chart was employed to evaluate and optimize the preliminary design of a five-stage axial compressor, and a one-dimention design result with wide surge margin and high efficiency was achieved. After S2 through flow design and three-dimensional modeling, the whole design process was completed. Three-dimensional computation results indicate that the efficiency of the compressor is a bit lower than the design target, which approximates to the predicted.
