摘要
为了精确测量手动锤铆的干涉量,设计了两块厚度3.2mm的2024-T3铝合金构成的夹层,配合NAS1097AD6-7沉头铆钉的手动锤铆试验。利用数显内径千分尺测量铆接前的孔径,并引入ECM全自动光学螺栓尺寸测量仪测量铆接后的铆钉直径。结果表明:通过该方法可以实现手动锤铆干涉量的精确测量,同时得到干涉量的精确值和对应位置;手动锤铆干涉量的分布沿着孔轴线是很不均匀的。
In order to accurately measure the interference of manual hammer riveting, a sandwich layer composed of two 3.2mm thick 2024-T3 aluminum alloys was designed to cooperate with the manual hammer riveting test of NAS1097AD6-7countersunk head rivets. The hole diameter before riveting was measured with a digital inner micrometer, and an ECM automatic optical bolt size measuring instrument was introduced to measure the diameter of the rivet after riveting. The results show that the method can realize the accurate measurement of the interference of manual hammer riveting, and obtain the precise value and corresponding position of the interference at the same time;the distribution of the interference of manual hammer riveting is very uneven along the hole axis.
