摘要
研究了一种高精度钽零件的加工方法,对主要工序的加工难点及其对零件最终表面的影响进行了分析,并给出了相应的解决办法。对于影响最大的抛光工序进行了4种方案的对比,最终确认了合理的抛光方案。
A processing method of high-precision tantalum parts is studied, the processing difficulties of the main processes and their influence on the final surface of the parts are analyzed, and corresponding solutions are given. For the most influential polishing process, four schemes were compared, and a reasonable polishing scheme was finally confirmed.
