摘要
以数控铣削和车加工中比较常用的CAM软件为案例,详细介绍数控加工中刀具切入切出零件时的各种方式,从数控加工的安全性、加工精度和表面质量、切削参数控制等方面进行分析,通过在CAM软件中设置合理的参数,避免进刀切入冲击、退刀过切碰撞、接刀痕等现象的发生,提升数控加工的效率和质量。
Taking the cam software commonly used in NC milling and machining as an example, various ways of cutting tools into and out parts in NC machining were introduced. The safety, machining accuracy, surface quality and cutting parameter control of NC machining were analyzed. By setting reasonable parameters in CAM software, the phenomena of cutting in impact, over cutting collision and tool contact mark were avoided. The efficiency and quality of NC machining were improved.
