边境地区脱贫成果巩固与乡村振兴有效衔接研究--基于云南省沧源自治县产业发展模式

Research on the Effective Connection between the Consolidation of Poverty Alleviation Achievements and Rural Revitalization in Border Areas:Based on a Case Study in Cangyuan County in Yunnan

从脱贫攻坚的“产业扶贫”到乡村振兴的“产业兴旺”,产业发展始终是脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有效衔接中至关重要的一环。本文以产业发展为落脚点,采用逐项复制的多案例分析法将沧源县四个乡镇产业发展的案例进行分析,通过提取案例中的复制项,分析总结得出沧源县的产业发展的模式是在基于自身自然资源禀赋的条件下、与政府、基层党组织、合作社与农户几个发展主体之间相互交织,共同发展的模式。探索在脱贫巩固与乡村衔接的重要时期,当地农户如何通过产业增收致富,夯实“脱贫攻坚”的成果,实现“产业兴旺”。

From the“industrial poverty alleviation”of poverty alleviation to the“industrial prosperity”of rural revitalization,industrial development has always been a vital link in the effective connection of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.This article takes industrial development as the foothold,adopts the multi-case analysis method of item-by-item duplication to analyze the four township industrial development cases in Cangyuan County.By extracting the duplication items in the cases,the analysis and conclusion draws the conclusions of the industrial development of Cangyuan County.The model is a development model that is intertwined with the government,grassroots party organizations,cooperatives,and farmers based on its natural resource endowment.Under the development of this industrial model,we will lead local farmers to increase their incomes,consolidate the results of“poverty alleviation”,continue to develop industries,and gradually realize“industrial prosperity”.
