新时代检察机关服务乡村振兴战略实施探析--以贵州安顺检察工作实际为视角

On the Implementation of the Strategy of Procuratorial Organs Serving Rural Revitalization in the New Era:From the Perspective of the Reality of Procuratorial Work in Anshun in Guizhou

现阶段,乡村振兴保障机制不完善,乡村社会治理能力不强、法治化水平薄弱等,一定程度上影响了国家对乡村振兴战略的全面高效实施。充分发挥检察机关职能职责,严惩各类犯罪活动推进矛盾纠纷多元化解夯实乡村稳定基石,筑牢乡村法治文明基础提升乡村治理水平,积极推进人居环境整治打造乡村富美宜居,助力乡村振兴战略实施,是新时代检察机关积极适应新要求,回应群众新期盼,在服务地方经济社会大局中担当作为的必然要求。本文以贵州安顺检察工作实践为研究样本,重点对检察机关如何更好地服务乡村振兴战略实施进行粗略探析,以期对检察工作实践有所裨益。

At this stage,the imperfect security mechanism for rural revitalization,the weak ability of rural social governance and the weak level of rule of law affect the comprehensive and efficient implementation of the National Rural Revitalization Strategy to a certain extent.Giving full play to the functions and responsibilities of procuratorial organs,severely punishing all kinds of criminal activities,promoting the diversified solution of contradictions and disputes,consolidating the cornerstone of rural stability,building a solid foundation for the civilization of rural rule of law,improving rural governance,actively promoting the improvement of living environment,creating a beautiful and livable countryside,and helping to implement the strategy of Rural Revitalization are the new era for procuratorial organs to actively adapt to the new requirements and respond to the new expectations of the masses,it is an inevitable requirement to act in serving the overall situation of local economy and society.Taking the procuratorial work practice in Anshun,Guizhou Province as the research sample,this paper focuses on a rough analysis of how the procuratorial organs can better serve the implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,in order to be beneficial to the procuratorial work practice.
