论设计学科的另类学科性

On the Alter-Disciplinarity of Design Discipline

在知识与权力的双重约束下,设计学科实际的可创新空间十分有限,但在当今学科合作和专业融合的大趋势之中,设计学科亦迎来了难得的更新契机。本文通过梳理历来设计学科内部对设计和学科或者是科学关系的研究,发现我们正在面临着新一轮的受技术、职业、经济、文化等影响的“设计危机”。设计学科的另类学科性能够理解不同学科的差异,并在学科之间形成一种联系,且这种联系能够形成方法。发挥设计学科这种另类的情境优势,可以将“设计危机”转化为“设计机会”,以应对当下各种语境的变化。

Under the dual constraints of knowledge and power,the actual innovation space of the design discipline is very limited,but in the current trend of discipline cooperation and professional integration,the design discipline has also received a rare opportunity for renewal.This paper reviews the researches on the relationship between design and discipline or science,and finds that we are facing a new round of "design crisis influenced by technology,occupation,economy and culture.The alter-disciplinarity of design discipline are capable of understanding the differences between disciplines and forming a connection between them,and this connection can shape methods.By exploiting the unique situational advantage of design discipline,we can transform "design crisis" into "design opportunity" to cope with the changes in various contexts.
