Combination and Innovation of Photosensitive Materials and Shuttle Weaving Technology

针对功能性材料在纺织品领域设计开发的现状,文章以光敏材料为聚焦点,探索功能性材料与纺织产品相结合的创新思路与设计方法。文章发掘光敏材料的原理特征及应用现状,根据材料的特点和优势,以梭织工艺为创新载体,探索光敏纤维与梭织工艺的结合方式与设计创新。文章根据理论研究和设计实践,设计研发了一系列功能性机织面料。该课题以光敏材料为代表的功能性材料结合梭织工艺,提供的实验数据参数和系列纺织产品,为相关材料的设计提供有价值的设计方法和实践经验。

Aiming at the current situation of the design and development of functional materials in the field of textiles,this paper focuses on photosensitive materials,and explores the innovative ideas and design methods of the combination of functional materials and textile products.This paper explores the principle characteristics and application status of photosensitive materials.According to the characteristics and advantages of materials,taking the shuttle weaving process as the innovation carrier,this paper explores the combination mode and design innovation of photosensitive fiber and shuttle weaving process.According to theoretical research and design practice,this paper designs and develops a series of functional woven fabrics.The functional materials represented by photosensitive materials,combined with shuttle weaving process,provide experimental data parameters and a series of textile products,which provide valuable design methods and practical experience for the design of related materials.
