摘要
本研究通过触杀、熏蒸、驱避试验评价鸡骨柴挥发油及其主要组分γ-萜品烯对赤拟谷盗成虫和幼虫的生物活性。结果显示,鸡骨柴挥发油及γ-萜品烯对赤拟谷盗成虫具有明显的触杀活性(LD_(50)分别为26.64、33.04μg/头)和熏蒸活性(LC_(50)分别为32.16、16.94 mg/L)。鸡骨柴挥发油对赤拟谷盗幼虫触杀和熏蒸活性均弱于成虫(LD_(50)和LC_(50)分别为111.72μg/头、78.25 mg/L)。驱避活性测试中,在78.63 nL/cm^(2)最高用量下,鸡骨柴挥发油对赤拟谷盗成虫和幼虫驱避作用显著,驱避率值分别可达到100%和90%以上。γ-萜品烯对赤拟谷盗成虫和幼虫未表现出驱避活性及对赤拟谷盗幼虫未表现出触杀和熏蒸活性。鸡骨柴挥发油及其主要组分γ-萜品烯对赤拟谷盗具有一定的防治作用。
In the present study,the control effects of Elsholtzia fruticose essential oil and its main componentγ-terpinene against adults and larvae of Tribolium castaneum were analyzed.The bioactivities of E.fruticose essential oil andγ-terpinene against adults and larvae of T.Castaneum were evaluated by contact,fumigant and repellent tests.The results of bioassays indicated that E.fruticose essential oil and its main componentγ-terpinene exhibited both contact(LD_(50)=26.64 and 33.04μg/adult)and fumigant(LC_(50)=32.16 and 16.94 mg/L)toxicitiesag against T.Castaneum adults.The EOs of E.fruticose against larvae revealed the weaker contact and fumigant toxicities than those of adults(LD_(50)=11.72μg/adult and LC_(50)=78.25 mg/L).In the repellent activity test,essential oil showed a strong repellent activity against T.castaneum adults and larvae at 5 mg/mL concentration,with the repellent rates reaching 100%and 90%,respectively.γ-terpinene showed no repellent activity against the adults and larvae,and no contact and fumigant toxicity against the larvae of T.castaneum.It was concluded that the E.fruticose essential oil and its main componentγ-terpinene has certain control effect on T.castaneum.
