Research on Airline Operations Control Talents Training Reform Based on Government-University-Enterprise Collaboration Model

以人才培养引领行业发展为目标,构建政校企协同培养新模式,“政府+企业+院校”三方携手打造全新的运行控制人才培养标准,共同构建5大核心课程群,联合研发运行控制全流程实践训练平台,以卓越工程师计划、CDIO改革为着力点,携手培养航空公司运行控制高级技术管理人才。

For the purpose of training talents to lead the professional field development,a new model of government-universities-enterprises collaborative training was built.to a new standard for operational control personnel training was created though "Government+enterprise+Institutions" :three parties working together,five core course groups were built jointly,and a full-process operational control practice training platform was developed.With the outstanding engineers program and CDIO reforms as the focus,airline operations control advanced technical and management personnel had been trained.
