在航路管制阶段应用点融合技术研究

摘要 点融合技术已在国内外机场终端(进近)管制区范围内广泛应用,取得了很好的应用效益。为研究点融合技术能否应用于航路管制阶段,该文对巴黎区域管制中心的点融合技术应用关键要素进行研究和总结,在A机场航路管制扇区进行了应用探索,在中国民航相关规章体系下研究了其可行性。研究结果表明,在航路管制阶段应用点融合技术是可行的。 Point Merge has been widely used in airport terminal(approach) control area in domestic and abroad,and has achieved good implementation benefits.As the research of whether Point Merge can be applied to in enroute control phase,the article studied and summarizes the key elements of Point Merge in Paris Area Control Center,and explored the implementation of Point Merge in enroute control sector of airport A,then studied the feasibility under the related rules system of CAAC.The results showed that it was feasible to implement Point Merge in enroute control phase.
