摘要 目的研究扯根菜Penthorum chinense Pursh.的化学成分及其保肝活性。方法对扯根菜提取物采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。采用人肝细胞株HL-7702,加入不同浓度化合物,检测肝细胞存活率。结果从中分离得到21个化合物。化合物5、10、12、20提高人肝细胞株的相对存活率。结论除化合物3、9外,所有化合物均为首次从该植物中发现。化合物5、10、12、20具有保肝活性。 AIM To study the chemical constituents from Penthorum chinense Pursh.and their hepatoprotective activities.METHODS The extract from P.chinense was isolated and purified by silica and Sephadex LH-20,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.Their hepatoprotective activities were evaluated by human hepatocyte cell line HL-7702,and different concentrations of compounds were added to detect the survival rate.RESULTS Twenty-one compounds were isolated and identified.Compounds 5,10,12,20 improved the relative survival rate of liver cell lines.CONCLUSION Except for compounds 3 and 9,all the compounds are found from this plant for the first time.Compounds 5,10,12,20 show hepatoprotective activities.
