结合安徽滁州定远华塑有限公司4.7爆炸事故,介绍了电石渣制浆工艺流程,分析了电石渣制浆过程中的工艺安全风险,并对爆炸事故原因进行了分析,提出了工艺安全风险相应的防范措施,为电石渣制浆工艺本质安全提出设计和管理思路。

Combining with the 4.7 explosion accident of Dingyuan Huasu Co.,Ltd in Anhui Province,this paper introduces the technological process of calcium carbide slag pulping,analyzes the technological safety risk in the process of calcium carbide slag pulping,and the cause of the explosion accident,the corresponding preventive measures for the process safety risk are put forward,which provides the idea of design and management for the intrinsic safety of calcium carbide slag pulping.
