水热法制备钼酸铁及其类芬顿催化性能研究

摘要 由过氧化氢与Fe^(2+)构成的类芬顿催化技术被广泛用于降解水中的有机污染物。采用水热法合成钼酸铁微纳米材料,对所得产品进行了XRD、SEM、FT-IR表征测试,分析pH值、反应温度、反应时间等反应条件对钼酸铁结构、形貌产生的影响,研究所得钼酸铁产品构成的类芬顿体系对亚甲基蓝染料废水的光催化降解性能,50 min催化降解率近98%。 The Fenton-like catalytic technique with hydrogen peroxide and the Fe^(2+)is a type of chemical oxidation that has been widely used to degradation of organic pollutants in water.In this paper,iron molybdate micro-nano material is synthesized with the hydrothermal method.The obtained product is characterized with XRD,SEM and FT-IR to analyze the effect of pH value,reaction temperature,reaction time and other conditions on the structure and morphology of iron molybdate.The performance of the Fenton-like system constituted by the obtained iron molybdate product in photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue wastewater is studied.The system reaches the catalytic degradation rate of nearly 98%in 50 min.
