摘要
随着甲醇羰基化法生产醋酸工艺的广泛应用,高品质、低成本的醋酸越来越有市场竞争力,其中,醛类物质是影响醋酸品质的主要指标之一。分析了醛类物质的产生机理和危害,探索了当前醛类物质脱除技术,比较每种技术的优缺点,对醋酸生产技术的提升具有较强的指导意义。
With the wide application of methanol carbonylation process in the production of acetic acid,high-quality and low-cost acetic acid has more and more market competitiveness.Among them,aldehydes are one of the main indicators affecting the quality of acetic acid.This paper analyzes the generation mechanism and harm of aldehydes,explores the current aldehydes removal technology,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of each technology,which has strong guiding significance for the improvement of acetic acid production technology.
