摘要
炼油工艺中脱硫溶剂N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)在生产过程中跑损至污水系统,对污水处理系统产生冲击,导致生化池活性污泥死亡,出水水质异常,无法达标排放。采用措施使得生化池污泥恢复活性,并对不合格出水采用臭氧催化氧化工艺进行处理后达标排放。
In the oil refining process,the desulfurization solvent N-methyldiethanolamine(MDEA)was lost to the sewage system in the production process,which had an impact on the sewage treatment system,resulting in the death of sludge in the biochemical pool,abnormal effluent quality and failure to meet the discharge standard.This paper describes the measures to restore the activity of the sludge in the biochemical pool,and the unqualified effluent is treated by ozone catalytic oxidation process and meet the discharge standards.
