摘要
针对新能源行业的磷酸铁锂生产过程排放的高盐废水,采用预处理及高倍反渗透膜浓缩工艺对低浓清洗水进行处理,反渗透膜滤清液回用于生产环节。反渗透浓液与高浓母液混合,经中和除磷池后,采用MVR蒸发脱盐获得高纯度的硫酸铵。采用预处理法、膜浓缩法、蒸发分盐法相结合,将磷酸铁锂生产废水转化为清洁的纯水、磷酸钙和硫酸铵,实现了废水的“零排放”处理与全量化、低耗能的资源化利用,组合工艺处理效果好,投资和运行成本较低。
For the high salt wastewater discharged from the production process of lithium iron phosphate in the new energy industry,the low concentration clean water is treated by pretreatment and high-power reverse osmosis membrane concentration process,and the reverse osmosis membrane filter solution is reused in the production process.The reverse osmosis concentrate is mixed with high concentration mother liquor,neutralized in the phosphorus removal tank,evaporated and desalted by MVR to obtain high-purity ammonium sulfate.The project combines pretreatment method,membrane concentration method and evaporation salt separation method to convert lithium iron phosphate production wastewater into clean pure water,calcium phosphate and ammonium sulfate,so as to realize zero discharge treatment of wastewater and resource utilization of full quantification and low energy consumption.The combined process has good treatment effect and low investment and operation cost.
