高水平专业群“1+X”证书体系探索与实践——以应用化工技术专业群为例

“1+X”证书制度试点是新时代职教改革的重要载体,是国家培养复合型技术技能人才的创举。陕西国防工业职业技术学院高水平应用化工技术专业群通过重构人才培养方案、统整课程体系、打造教学团队、开发教学资源以及创新评价机制等具体举措,推进“1+X”证书制度试点,提升学生职业技能培养水平,多渠道培养专业群高素质复合型人才,推进职业教育现代化改革,以期为相关专业群“1+X”证书改革提供参考和借鉴。

"1+X"certificate system pilot is an important carrier of vocational education reform in the new era and a national initiative to cultivate compound technical talents.Through reconstructing the integration of the talent training scheme,unifing the curriculum system,building teaching team,developing teaching resources and innovating evaluation mechanism,high-level professional group of applied chemical technology of Shaanxi Institute of Technology promote the"1+X"pilot certificate system,and improve the vocational skills of students,and cultivat from multiple channels professional group of high-quality compound talents,and promote the reform of vocational education modernization.It is expected to provide reference for the practice of"1+X"certificate reform of related professional groups.
