“职教20条”背景下职业院校教师赴企业实践锻炼的探索——以石油化工专业为例 被引量:1

摘要 2019年国务院发布的“职教20条”中提出“多措并举打造‘双师型’教师队伍”的发展要求。在此背景下,进一步加强职业院校教师队伍建设,深入落实“职业院校教师素质提升计划”成为重要课题。教师队伍是保障教学质量,落实人才培养的关键环节。以兰州石化职业技术大学教师下厂实习为素材,以石油化工专业为例,探索新形势下职业院校教师赴企业实践锻炼的新思路、新模式和新机制,为今后更加科学、高效、可持续的校企合作提供有价值的研究信息。 In 2019,The State Council issued the"20 Vocational Education Rules",which put forward the development requirements of"taking multiple measures to create a double-professionally-titled teachersteam".In this context,it has become an important topic to further strengthen the construction of teachers in vocational colleges and thoroughly implement the"plan for improving teachers′quality in vocational colleges".Teachers are the key to guarantee the quality of teaching and implement the training of talents.Based on the practice of teachers in Lanzhou Petrochemical University of Vocational Technology,this paper takes petrochemical major as an example to explore new ideas,new models and new mechanisms for vocational college teachers to practice in enterprises under the new situation.This paper provides valuable research information for more scientific,efficient and sustainable school-enterprise cooperation in the future.
