梅州市清凉山水库浮游植物活动与水质变化相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 清凉山水库作为梅州市重要水源地,其水质与水生态健康至关重要。为了解库区浮游植物生长与水质指标变化的关系,对浮游植物及水质进行监测,并分析了浮游植物生长与水质理化指标变化之间的影响。结果表明:库区整体水质良好,部分理化指标受水位及蓄水量影响较大,浮游植物生长主要限值因子为磷,水温、溶解氧、三氮等与浮游植物日内活动关联性较高。通过初步研究浮游植物活动与水质理化指标之间的相关性,为判断浮游植物生长情况提供一定的依据,为更加全面深入的水生态研究及浮游植物预警提供一定的数据支撑。 Qingliangshan Reservoir is an important water source in Meizhou,the water quality and ecological health are very important.In order to learn the relationship between phytoplankton activity and water quality changes,the phytoplankton and water quality were monitored,and the correlation between phytoplankton activity and changes of water quality were analyzed.The results show that the overall water quality of the reservoir area is good,some water quality indexes are greatly affected by water level and water storage capacity.The main limiting factor of phytoplankton activity is phosphorus,the water temperature,dissolved oxygen,nitrogen are highly correlated with the diurnal activities of phytoplankton.By preliminary studying the interaction between phytoplankton activities and physical and chemical indexes of water quality,it can be provided some basis for judging the activity of phytoplankton,and provide some data support for more comprehensive and in-depth water ecological research and phytoplankton activity warning.
