抽水蓄能电站进(出)水口工程水下大型模板施工技术

摘要 黑龙江荒沟抽水蓄能电站进(出)水口工程大型模板施工中,采用常规散拼钢模板组装成整体支模后,还需进行拆除,工作量极大,且本地区处于严寒地区,水下混凝土长期暴露在水环境中,运行时间过长后容易对混凝土结构产生缺陷,后期缺陷处理不仅增加资源投入,施工速度也较为缓慢。通过改变传统模板施工方法,形成了水下整体式模板、拼装式模板施工技术,该技术的成功应用,可为类似工程提供借鉴。 In the construction of large-scale formwork for the Huanggou Pumped Storage Power Station Inlet(Outlet)project in Heilongjiang,it is necessary to dismantle the monolithic formwork after assembling it with conventional loose steel formwork.When underwater concrete is exposed to water for a long time,it is easy to produce defects in concrete structure.The treatment of defects at the later stage not only increases the investment of resources,but also slows down the construction speed.By changing the traditional construction method of formwork,the construction technology of underwater integral formwork and assembling formwork is formed.The successful application of this technology accumulates valuable experience for similar projects and has extensive popularization value.
