湖南省农村房地一体确权登记数据质量检查系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Data Quality Inspection System for Rural Real Estate Integration Registration In Hu′nan Province

针对农村房地一体确权登记工作中由于调查内容繁杂、人员素质不齐等原因导致的数据不完整、标准不统一、逻辑关系错误等质量问题,结合湖南实际,开发设计了农村房地一体确权登记数据质量检查系统。该系统具备自动化批量检查、人机交互和报表输出等功能,实现了确权登记成果数据的完整性、规范性和一致性检查,可大幅度地提高质检效率,很好地保证数据成果质量。通过在醴陵市、新晃县等地项目的应用实践,进一步验证了该系统的可行性和实用性,目前已经在全省推广使用。

In view of the quality problems such as incomplete data,inconsistent standards and wrong logical relationship caused by the complicated investigation contents and the uneven quality of personnel in the rural real estate integration registration work,combined with the actual situation of Hunan province,the data quality inspection system of rural real estate integration registration is designed and developed.The system has the functions of automatic batch inspection,human-computer interaction and report output,and realizes the integrity,standardization and consistency inspection of the results data,which can greatly improve the quality inspection efficiency and ensure the quality of the data results.Through the application practice in Liling city,Xinhuang county and other places,the feasibility and practicability of the system are further verified,and it has been widely used in the whole province.
