国土空间规划管理“一张图”建设研究

Research on"One Map"Construction of Land Spatial Planning and Management

国土空间规划体系新时期发展的大背景,对规划编制、管理、实施和监督等提出了新要求。本文从广东省某市实践出发,梳理了“一张图”发展历程中存在的问题,详细阐述了国土空间规划管理“一张图”建设的总体框架、机制标准、数据资源以及应用管理四方面核心内容,为城市规划精细化管理提供依据,为其他城市开展此项工作提供经验和借鉴。

Under the background of the development of land spatial planning system in the new era,new requirements are put forward for planning preparation,management,implementation,and supervision.Starting from the practice of a city in Guangdong province,this paper discusses the problems existing in the development process of"one map",and expounds in detail the four core contents of the construction of"one map"of land spatial planning and management,including the overall framework,mechanism standards,data resources and application management,so as to provide the basis for the refined management of urban planning and provide experience and reference for other cities to carry out this work.
