摘要 为解决城市规模扩大、人口激增给城市市容环境管理带来的问题,提出了利用GIS、GPS、移动互联等先进技术,结合城市网格化管理,开发市容环卫信息管理平台的建设思路。本文系统阐述了平台的建设背景和目标、总体框架、数据库以及功能等内容。利用该平台实现了地图管理、部件管理、案件管理以及移动巡查管理等功能,让市容环卫管理更加科学化、信息化和精细化。 In order to solve the problems of urban appearance and environment management brought by the expansion of city scale and population surge,the construction idea of developing city appearance and environmental sanitation information management platform was proposed by using GIS,GPS,mobile Internet and other advanced technologies,combined with urban grid management.This paper systematically describes the platform′s construction background and objectives,overall framework,database and functions.Practice has proved that the platform has realized map management,component management,case management and mobile inspection management,which makes city appearance and sanitation management more scientific,informatized and refined.
