城市更新基础调查数据的可靠性和成果精度,直接影响着城市旧城更新改造与规划决策的科学性与可靠性。本文通过广州市番禺区某村全面改造项目基础数据核查应用实例,结合城市更新基础调查的内容与技术要求,详细阐述了城市更新基础调查数据质量控制的内容、指标及评价方法,结合不同的基础专题数据内容,提出了差异化的质量检查规则,为城市基础调查数据质量检查提供了完整的解决方案和思路。研究表明,提出的城市更新基础调查数据质量检验与评价方法科学、合理、有效,可为城市更新基础数据提供强有力的数据质量保障,对城市更新基础数据调查工作具有实际的指导和借鉴意义。

The reliability and accuracy of the urban renewal basic survey data directly affect the scientificity and reliability of urban renewal and planning decisions.This article uses an example of the application of basic data verification for a comprehensive renovation project of a village in Zhongcun Street,Panyu District,Guangzhou,combined with the contents and technical requirements of the basic urban renewal survey,and elaborates on the contents,indicators and evaluation methods of the quality control of the basic urban renewal survey data.Different basic thematic data contents have put forward differentiated quality inspection rules,which provides complete solutions and ideas for the quality inspection of urban basic survey data.The research results show that the quality inspection and evaluation methods proposed in this paper for the basic urban renewal survey data are scientific,reasonable and effective,which can provide a strong data quality guarantee for the basic urban renewal data,and have practical guidance and reference for the basic urban renewal data survey work.
