不动产登记数据的有效整合,为不动产登记信息管理平台提供基础数据,从而不断推动不动产登记数据的信息化管理。本文通过对不动产登记数据整合的痛点进行综合分析,对不动产登记数据整合流程进行优化研究,并建立不动产登记数据抽取和整合系统,以佛山市禅城区某小区为研究对象,验证了优化流程的高效性和准确性,并针对整合过程中的典型问题给出针对性的解决方案,为佛山市禅城区后续不动产登记数据整合工作的顺利进行奠定基础,具有较强的现实意义。

The effective integration of real estate registration data provides basic data for the real estate registration information management platform,so as to continuously promote the informatization management of real estate registration data,which is of great significance.This paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of the pain points of real estate registration data integration,optimizes the real estate registration data integration process,and establishes a real estate registration data extraction and integration system.A community in Chancheng district,Foshan city is used as the research object to verify the optimization process.It is highly efficient and accurate,provides targeted solutions to typical problems in the integration process,and lays a foundation for the smooth progress of the subsequent real estate registration data integration work in Chancheng district,Foshan city,which has strong practical significance.
