摘要
针对核电站电缆老化及运行过程中剩余寿命的复杂影响因素,提出以电加速老化模拟电缆实际工作状态下的老化过程,设计了电缆运行中局部放电量与电缆剩余寿命之间关系的实验方案。利用锁相放大器及希尔伯特-黄变换对传感器采集到的电缆局部放电信号进行优化,提高了局部放电测试准确性;结合热老化寿命方程,采用最小二乘法对相关实验数据进行处理,实现了以电缆局部放电在线测量值快速准确评估电缆剩余寿命的目的。
In view of the complex factors affecting the aging and remaining life of nuclear power cable in the operation process,an electric accelerated aging test is proposed to simulate the actual aging state in the operation process of cable,and a test scheme based on the relationship between the local discharge and the remaining life of cable is designed.The partial discharge signal of cable collected by the sensor is optimized by using phase-locked amplifier and Hilbert Huang transform,which improve the accuracy of partial discharge test.Combined with the thermal aging life equation,the relevant test data are processed by the least square method,and the purpose of quickly and accurately evaluating the remaining life of the cable based on the on-line measured value of cable partial discharge is realized.
