中国对外文化交流话语体系的构建--以“一带一路”倡议为背景

The Construction of Discourse System of China's Cultural Exchange with Foreign Countries:An Investigation Based on the Belt and Road Initiative

随着中国文化核心竞争力和国际影响力的提升,新时代中国面临如何构建对外文化交流话语体系的难题。当前,中国对外文化交流话语体系面临着方式单一、机制不健全、空间受限和质效较低的挑战,而"一带一路"倡议的实施,为体系构建提供了重要契机。实践证明,只有在"一带一路"倡议背景下,不断优化体系构建的行动策略、完善体系构建的顶层设计、打破体系构建的空间限制、促进体系构建的价值共享,才能形成新时代背景下中国对外文化交流话语体系构建的具体思路。

With the enhancement of China's cultural core competitiveness and international influence,China is faced with the difficult problem of how to construct the discourse system of cultural exchange with foreign countries in the new era.At present,China's discourse system of cultural exchange with foreign countries is faced with the challenges of single-way,immature mechanism,limited space and low quality and efficiency.However,the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative provides an important opportunity for the system construction.Practice has proved that the applicable methods for the construction of the discourse system on China's cultural exchange with foreign countries in the new era can be put forward with the premise of the great implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative,and with continuous optimization of the action strategy of system construction,improvement of the top-level design of system construction,the break of the spatial restrictions of system construction,and the promotion of the value sharing of system construction.
