“立德树人”背景下高职院校人才培养模式创新研究

Research on the Innovation of Talent Training Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of“Building Morality and Cultivating People”

教育的基本目标是立德树人,高职教育已成为中国高等教育的主要部分,是应用型专业技能型人才培养主要摇篮。在我国“大众创新、万众创业”的社会背景下,高职院校要在立德树人的发展思路指引下培育优秀的复合型技术应用专业人才,目的是适应新时代发展的需要和进一步满足国家与各行业发展建设所需要的人才,但这项工作需要一个更为完善的人才培养模式才能贯彻,所以给高职的专业教师提出了更加繁重的任务。本文将从高职应用型人才培养的模式创新作为出发点,先阐述了立德树人在高职院校人才培养中的重大意义,通过在立德树人视野下高职应用型人才培养的发展新模式,力求增强高职的教学与应用型人才培养的有效路径提出了个人的见解。

The basic goal of education is to build morality and cultivate people.Higher vocational education has become the main part of China’s higher education and the main cradle of applied professional and skilled talents.Under the social background of“mass innovation and entrepreneurship”in China,higher vocational colleges should cultivate excellent compound technology application professionals under the guidance of the development idea of building morality and cultivating people.The purpose is to meet the needs of the development of the new era and further meet the talents needed by the development and construction of the country and various industries.However,this work needs a more perfect talent training mode to be implemented,Therefore,it puts forward more arduous tasks for professional teachers in higher vocational colleges.Starting from the mode innovation of applied talent training in higher vocational colleges,this paper first expounds the great significance of building morality and cultivating people in talent training in higher vocational colleges.Through the new development mode of applied talent training in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of building morality and cultivating people,this paper tries to enhance the effective path of teaching and applied talent training in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward personal opinions.
