新时代高校思政教育协同育人机制创新与效能提升研究

Research on the Innovating Collaborative Mechanism of Ideological and Political Education in Universities for the New Era

习近平总书记在党的十九大、全国高校思政工作会议、全国教育大会会议上重点强调,要坚持把立德树人作为根本任务,把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程,形成协同效应,实现全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人。因此,探索新时代高校思想政治教育协同育人效能提升研究具有重要理论和现实意义。本文试图创新高校思政教育协同育人机制,将思政育人机制诸多要素进行系统整合与优化,不断完善并形成科学的思政育人长效机制,从而提升协同育人实效,为新时代高校思政教育改革发展与不断创新提供实效性策略。

At three meetings--the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,National College Ideological and Political Work Conference as well as the National Educational Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that we should adhere to the morality education as a fundamental task,implement the ideological and political work throughout the whole process of educating and teaching,forming a synergistic effect and achieving“Three Wide Education”.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance efficiency in the colleges and universities of new era.The paper attempts to make innovations in cooperating education mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,systematically integrate and optimize factors in the mechanism,and constantly improve and form a scientific long-term mechanism of educating students by ideological and political education,so as to provide effective strategies for development and innovation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era.
