Exploration on the Strategies of Vocational Ideal Training of Normal School Students in Tibet from the School Perspective

西藏地区的师范院校在对西藏地区师范生的职业理想培养方面发挥着主导作用。本文结合实际从学校视角提出了从职业实践和教育专业课程建设入手,切实有效地发挥学校的主导作用;应根据学生实际情况,加强职业理想教育的针对性等培养策略。

Normal colleges and universities in Tibet play a leading role in the vocational ideal education of normal students in Tibet.Based on the actual situation,this paper puts forward some training strategies,such as starting with the professional practice and the construction of the professional courses of education,giving full play to the leading role of the school,strengthening the pertinence of the professional ideal education according to the actual situation of the students.
