摘要
科研成果转化应用推广的机制建设,包括科研评价机制、成果转化应用推广激励机制、科研成果培育孵化机制、科研成果转化应用推广的人才培养机制等等。通过创新机制建设,突破科研管理机制藩篱,为成果转化应用推广扫清机制障碍,激发科研创新活力。
Mechanism construction for transformation application promotion achievements in scientific research,includes scientific research evaluation mechanism,excitation mechanism,incentive mechanism for the application of the transformation of achievements,cultivation and incubation mechanism of scientific research achievements,mechanism of personnel training and so on.Through the construction of innovation mechanism,we will break through the barriers of scientific research management mechanism,clean up institutional obstacles for the transformation and application of achievements,and arouse the vitality of scientific research and innovation.
