高职学前教育专业人才培养模式改革的逻辑与路径 被引量:5

摘要 1+X证书制度是深化职业教育改革的重要制度创新,是推进职业教育高质量发展的有力支撑。高职学前教育专业人才培养模式改革需要关照契合“托幼一体化”发展需求的社会逻辑、促进学前教育专业品牌建设的教育逻辑以及拓展学前教育毕业生就业本领的个人逻辑。针对当前人才培养模式存在的培养目标滞后社会需求、课程体系设置不够合理、教学方式重理论轻实践、评价机制尚不科学完善等问题,高职学前教育专业需要深化人才培养模式改革,明确“托幼一体化”人才培养目标,构建多元融合的专业课程体系,推行“理实一体化”教学方式,建立科学完善的教育评价机制,培养“托幼一体化”的高素质学前教育师资。 The 1+X certificate system is an important institutional innovation to deepen the reform of vocational education and a strong support to promote the high-quality development of vocational education.The reform of talent training mode of preschool education specialty in higher vocational colleges needs to pay attention to the social logic that meets the development needs of“integration of kindergarten and child care”,the educational logic that promotes the brand construction of preschool education specialty,and the personal logic that expands the employment ability of preschool education graduates.In view of the problems existing in the current talent training mode,such as lagging training objectives,social needs,unreasonable curriculum system,emphasizing theory over practice in teaching methods,and unscientific and perfect evaluation mechanism,the specialty of higher vocational preschool education needs to deepen the reform of talent training mode,clarify the talent training objectives of“child care integration”,build a diversified and integrated professional curriculum system,and implement“integration of theory and practice”teaching method,establish a scientific and perfect education evaluation mechanism,and cultivate high-quality preschool education teachers with“integration of kindergarten and child care”.
