百万扩招背景下高等职业教育适应性增强策略研究

Research on the Adaptive Enhancement Strategy of Higher Vocational Education under the Background of Million Enrollment Expansion

职业教育相比于普通教育,是与社会发展、经济发展联系较为紧密的一种教育类型,承担起为地方快速经济发展培养复合型高素质技术技能人才的重任。在当前高职百万扩招政策背景下,高等职业院校需要抓住百万扩招这个战略机遇,同时积极应对其挑战。从厘清职业教育适应性内涵,分析阻碍职业教育适应性增强存在的困境,从而有针对性地探索出增强其适应性的路径,以期完成规模扩张和质量提升的双重任务,服务社会高质量发展。

Vocational education,compared with general education,is closely related to social development and economic development of a type of education,undertake the rapid local economic development to cultivate compound high quality technical skills of personnel.Under the background of the current policy of one million enrollment expansion in higher vocational colleges,higher vocational colleges need to seize the strategic opportunity of one million enrollment expansion and actively respond to its challenges.By clarifying the connotation of vocational education adaptability,this paper analyzes the predicament that hinders the enhancement of vocational education adaptability,so as to explore the path to enhance its adaptability,in order to complete the dual task of scale expansion and quality improvement,and serve the high-quality development of society.
