基于熵权法和差分进化算法的站址价值评估

摘要 无线网投资规划方案编制时,需对规划站址的规模和建设优先级进行统筹考虑以确保精准投资。本文提出了一种系统性的价值评估方法,着重介绍了如何建立对站址进行价值评估的指标体系,以及基于复杂指标价值体系开展综合系统评价的具体方法,具体阐述了3种不同的算法,并给出了如何考虑场景差异性特征赋值多维指标维度权重以获取最优综合评估结果的建议。 Site value evaluation is to used in the decision-making of wireless network investment planning scheme with reduction of funds.This paper focuses on how to establish the index system of station site value evaluation,and carries out comprehensive system evaluation based on the complex and multi-dimensional index value system.Three different algorithms are proposed,and their application methods and applicability are deeply analyzed.The index dimension weight is assigned considering scene factors and decision factors.
