The most significant advantage of the socialist market economy system is the combination of efficient market and proactive government regulation.Using the methods of history and literature review,this paper analyzes the government deployment mechanism in the capitalist economic crisis and the market mechanism in the market reform of the socialist camp,the macro market and the policy role path of the micro subject,and expounds the research on the role of the government combining market failure and government intervention.It also discusses the viewpoints of various schools of economics in the western market economic theory,and expounds the limitations of its government regulation path.Then it analyzes the method of the government’s effective role in the socialist market economy,and draws the conclusion of the full text:the socialist market economy system relies on the promising government to practice effective macro-control and precise micro-control,respects the combination of market efficiency and social fairness,and has an advantage of structural economic system.
