摘要
在经济新常态下,唯有提高港口水运作业水平才能将港口航运应有的经济价值充分发挥。为此应增强工程建设管理,进一步提升管理人员的综合能力水平。而本篇文章以港口水运工程建设管理为研究对象,简要分析具体的管理策略。
Under the new economic normal,only by improving the level of port water transport operations can the due economic value of port shipping be brought into full play.Therefore,we should strengthen the management of engineering construction and further improve the comprehensive ability of management personnel.This article takes the construction management of port waterway engineering as the research object,and briefly analyzes the specific management strategies.
