干式变压器热平衡温度影响因素的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 干式变压器作为电网中至关重要的电力设备之一,为控制干式变压器温度过高的问题,确保其安全稳定运行,从试验角度研究了影响干式变压器平衡温度的影响因素,通过在箱变模型内设置12个温度探头监测温度,确定变压器室的温度梯度及由排风系统形成的对流散热路径,找出箱变热平衡温度控制的重点。研究通风系统启动温度以及通风模式对热平衡的影响。通过对实验温度数据进行对比分析,发现变压器通风系统的启动温度以及通风对流模式对热平衡温度影响不大,通过通风量计算式发现热平衡温度与通风量以及进风口温度密切相关,因此对于干式变压器温度控制还是主要在于把握通风量与进风口温度。实验研究干式变压器热平衡温度影响因素,分析4种不同因素对干式变压器热平衡的影响作用,对优化干式变压器设计与使用具有指导意义。 Dry-type transformer is one of the most important power equipment in the power grid. In order to control the problem of excessive temperature of dry-type transformer and ensure its safe and stable operation, the influencing factors affecting the balance temperature of drytype transformer from the perspective of experiments were studied. 12 temperature probes were set up in the box transformer model to monitor the temperature, the temperature gradient of the transformer room and the convection heat dissipation path formed by the exhaust system were determined, and the key points of the box transformer heat balance temperature control were found out. the ventilation system start-up temperature and the effect of ventilation mode on the heat balance were studied. By comparing and analyzing the experimental temperature data, it was found that the start-up temperature of the transformer ventilation system and the ventilation convection mode have little effect on the heat balance temperature. It was found that the heat balance temperature was closely related to the ventilation volume and the air inlet temperature through the calculation formula of the ventilation volume. Therefore, for dry-type transformers, the temperature control is still mainly to grasp the ventilation volume and the temperature of the air inlet. The influence factors of dry-type transformer thermal balance temperature were studied experimentally, and the influence of four different factors on the thermal balance of dry-type transformers was analyzed, which had guiding significance for optimizing the design and use of dry-type transformers.
