摘要
针对传统铝型材包装装置/生产线包装效率低下、包装不平整的问题,建立了传统铝型材包装装置/生产线工艺流程,运用设备综合效率(OEE)理论分析得出:传统铝型材包装装置/生产线的设备性能率低下。为解决传统铝型材包装装置/生产线设备性能率低下的问题,运用模块化和联动性的思路,建立了高效率铝型材自动包装生产线包装工艺流程图,设计出高效率铝型材自动包装生产线,并将该生产线划分为上料机构、自动裁纸机构、三工位折纸包装机构、型材牵引机构和型材自动装框机构共5个子机构。经过应用效果分析表明:高效率铝型材自动包装生产线比传统铝型材包装装置/生产线包装效率提高50%,包装平整性提高70%。能为铝型材自动包装生产线提高包装效率和包装平整性提供参考。
Aiming at the problems of low packaging efficiency and uneven packaging of traditional aluminum profile packaging device/production line, the process flow chart of traditional aluminum profile packaging device/production line was established, and the equipment performance rate of traditional aluminum profile packaging device/production line was low by using the theory of equipment comprehensive efficiency(OEE). In order to solve the problem of low performance rate of traditional aluminum profile packaging device/production line equipment, the packaging process flow chart of high-efficiency aluminum profile automatic packaging production line was established by using the idea of modularization and linkage, and the high-efficiency aluminum profile automatic packaging production line was designed. The production line was divided into feeding mechanism, automatic paper cutting mechanism, three station origami packaging mechanism, profile traction mechanism and profile automatic framing mechanism. The application effect analysis shows that the packaging efficiency of the highefficiency aluminum profile automatic packaging production line is 50% higher than that of the traditional aluminum profile packaging device/production line, and the packaging flatness is 70%. It can provide reference for aluminum profile automatic packaging production line to improve packaging efficiency and packaging flatness.
