摘要 针对既有120 km/h液力传动或机械传动牵引的综合巡检车在高速铁路线维修天窗巡检作业时,无法高效满足维修天窗时间内巡检与检修作业问题,研究并设计适用于160 km/h运行速度的内燃电传动综合巡检车电气牵引系统,主要对ZXJ-160型综合巡检车电气牵引系统的组成、技术特点、性能参数等进行设计与介绍,重点阐述了内燃电传动牵引系统工作原理和功能特点,对电气牵引系统在装车调试过程中遇到的主回路中间电压振荡问题进行分析,找出解决措施。目前,该车电气牵引系统已完成全部型式试验与出厂试验项目,全部符合试验大纲要求。通过高铁客运专线实际试验验证,能够满足高铁线路维修天窗时间内线路设备巡检与作业需求,大大节约维修天窗时间,提高客运专线维护效率。 Existing 120 km/h hydraulic drive or mechanical drive traction comprehensive inspection vehicle can not efficiently meet the inspection and maintenance work, during the maintenance of the sunroof in the high-speed railway line. The electric traction system of the electric drive comprehensive inspection vehicle with 160 km/h running speed was researched and designed. Electric Traction system for ZXJ-160 inspection vehicle was introduced systematically from the composition, technical features, performance parameters, etc.. The working principle and functional features of the diesel electric traction system were focused on. The problems of the voltage oscillation encountered in the loading test of the electric drive system were analyzed, and the solutions were put forward. At present, all type tests and factory tests have been completed, all of which meet the requirements of the test program. Through the actual test and verification of the high-speed railway, it can meet the needs of line equipment inspection and operation during the maintenance skylight of the high-speed railway line, greatly save the maintenance time of the skylight, and improve the maintenance efficiency.
