Research, Design and Development of Automatic Supply and Marketing Pin Press

为提高自动化设备中齿轮轴部件装配作业的生产效率及安全生产问题,研究设计开发了自动供销压销机。作业是自动化设备中的齿轮轴部件装配作业工序之一,目前用销钉把齿轮固定轴上的这种压销作业存在生产劳动强度大、产品生产效率低及装配质量得不到保证等问题,在分析了齿轮轴部件定位销的压装过程后,结合机械结构、气压、电气控制和PLC相关理论,设计开发出了自动供销压销装置。该自动供销压销机不仅能自动压销,还实现了自动供销、压销的连续作业,且整个作业过程能自动安全检测。通过该装置的实际应用表明:采用该自动供销压销装置后,实现了自动供销、自动压销作业,且操作简单、降低了生产员工劳动强度,保证了操作员工的安全,产品装配质量稳定,自动供销压销作业生产效率提高了30%以上,降低了生产成本。

In order to improve the production efficiency and safety production of gear shaft assembly in automatic equipment, an automatic supply and marketing pin press was designed and developed. Operation is one of the assembly procedures of gear shaft components in automatic equipment. Aiming at the pin pressing operation of fixing the gear on the shaft with a pin now, there are problems such as high labor intensity, low production efficiency and assembly quality can not be guaranteed. After analyzing the pressing process of the positioning pin of gear shaft components, combined with the relevant theories of mechanical structure, air pressure, electrical control and PLC, an automatic supply and marketing pin pressing device was designed and developed. The automatic supply and marketing press pin machine could not only automatically press the pin, but also realized the continuous operation of automatic supply and marketing and press pin, and the whole operation process could be automatically and safely detected. The practical application of the device shows that after adopting the automatic supply and marketing press pin device, the automatic supply and marketing and automatic press pin operation are realized, the operation is simple, the labor intensity of production staff is reduced, the safety of operation staff is guaranteed, the product assembly quality is stable, the production efficiency of automatic supply and marketing press pin operation is increased by more than 30%, and the production cost is reduced.
