新型智能滑板自行车优化设计

摘要 智能滑板自行车适宜儿童、青少年娱乐、健身、代步,对儿童、青少年的心智发展、健康成长有促进作用。考虑到儿童的身心特征,采用人机工程的研究方法,对产品进行人性化设计。通过SolidWorks进行三维建模,设计出一种具有低速度、高稳定性、乘坐舒适功能的新型智能滑板自行车,采用齿轮传动、人力驱动,对儿童的骑行起到保护作用,并通过运用有限元分析软件,对产品的可靠性、合理性、安全性进行保障,得到最优设计方案。通过这些现代设计方法在产品设计过程中的合理使用,设计出符合儿童、青少年娱乐、健身和代步的新型滑板自行车,满足使用者的需求。 Intelligent skateboard bike is suitable for children and teenagers for entertainment, fitness and transportation, and has a promotion effect on the mental development and healthy growth of children and teenagers. Considering the physical and mental characteristics of children,ergonomics research method was adopted to humanize the product design. Through the SolidWorks 3D modeling, a new type of intelligent skateboard bicycle with low speed, high stability and comfortable riding function was designed. It adopted gear transmission and human drive,which could protect children from riding, and by using the finite element analysis software, the optimal design scheme was gotten, and the reliability, rationality and safety of the product were guaranteed. Through the rational use of these modern design methods in the process of product design, a new skateboard bicycle was designed to meet the needs of users and meet the entertainment, fitness and transportation of children and teenagers.
