摘要
针对一批35 kV电压等级MYS10型充气环网柜进行出厂例行检测时,发现约40%的产品局部放电值不合格的问题,进行故障原因分析和定位排查。通过逐一对电极形状和表面质量、绝缘件内部缺陷、电极和绝缘件的接触间隙、电极和绝缘件的小间隙等情况的分析,并借助电场优化仿真分析软件予以建模、测试、验证、汇总,最终通过多措施并举,将这批产品的局部放电值控制在了合格范围之内,同时还根据反复的实测数据,将产品的局放出厂的内控标准由不大于30 pC提升到10 pC以内,产品整体质量水平得以进一步提升。
When a batch of 35 kV voltage grade MYS10 inflatable ring main cabinets were inspected before delivery, it was found that about40% of the products had unqualified partial discharge values, Therefore, fault cause analysis and location troubleshooting were conducted.Through the analysis of electrode shape and surface quality, internal defects of insulating parts, contact gap between electrodes and insulating parts, small gap between electrodes and insulating parts one by one, and modeling, testing, verification and summary with the aid of electric field optimization simulation analysis software, the partial discharge value of the batch of products was controlled within the acceptable range through multiple measures. At the same time, according to repeated measured data, the internal control standard for partial discharge of products was raised from no more than 30 pC to less than 10 pC, and the overall quality level of products was further improved.
