广州地铁18&22号线市域D型车辆10型车钩导引杆优化设计探讨

摘要 广州地铁18&22号线D型车辆全自动车钩10型车钩导引杆反装在钩头位置,导致车辆救援连挂时需司机操作人员离开司机室前往轨行区手动安装车钩导引杆。针对此问题,通过分析10型车钩工作原理及结构设计,结合广州地铁D型车辆10型车钩安装空间结构进行分析,提出在车辆救援连挂时不需手动安装车钩导引杆的优化设计思路及方案,同时应用CAD三维建图对优化设计方案进行空间结构尺寸验证,通过对几种优化设计思路及方案的分析论证,得出可采用车钩导引杆伸缩设计方案对10型车钩导引杆进行优化设计的结论,在车钩导引杆直线段尾部加装弹簧机构,需要连挂车钩时,在司机室操作打开车头开闭机构,此时车钩导引杆在弹簧力作用下自动弹出处于待连挂状态。为后续城市轨道交通车辆车钩导引杆设计提供了相关参考方向。 The full-automatic coupler of type D vehicles of Guangzhou metro line 18 & 22 and the coupler guide rod of type 10 are reversely installed at the coupler head position, resulting in the need for the driver and operator to leave the cab to manually install the coupler guide rod in the rail area during the vehicle rescue coupling. In view of this problem, by analyzing the working principle and structural design of type 10coupler and combining with the analysis of the installation space structure of type 10 coupler of Guangzhou metro D-type vehicle, the optimization design idea and scheme of manual installation of coupler guide rod was proposed, and the spatial structure size of the optimized design scheme was verified by using CAD three-dimensional drawing. Through the analysis and demonstration of several optimization design ideas and schemes, it was concluded that the telescopic design scheme of coupler guide rod could be used to optimize the design of 10 coupler guide rod. A spring mechanism was installed at the tail of the straight-line section of the coupler guide rod. When the coupler needs to be coupled, the front opening and closing mechanism was opened in the driver’s cab. At this time, the coupler guide rod automatically pops up under the action of the spring force to be coupled. It provides relevant reference directions for the design of coupler guide rod of subsequent urban rail transit vehicles.
