摘要
对于长期存在局部水管管阻异常而又不能及时处理的冷冻站,在已有诊断分析的基础上,通过现场调试选择了4种典型的运行策略,从冷冻站系统的水流量、能耗、能效、水系统输送系数等方面进行了分析,获得了该冷冻站局部水管管阻异常时的优化运行策略.结果表明,较优策略的冷冻站总能耗、冷水机组能耗、泵能耗(冷冻泵和冷却泵能耗之和)最大可分别减少15.9%~16.6%、0.2%~4.9%、39.8%~46.2%,冷冻站总能耗也比日常策略减少6.0%~6.7%.
Based on the analysis and on-field commissioning results, four typical operation strategies are selected for a sick chiller plant with abnormal water-pipe resistance to investigate the flow rates and water transport factors(WTF) of chilled and cooling water, power consumption and energy efficiency ratio(EER) of the chiller plant, etc. Thus, two optimal operation strategies are put forward. The results show that the two optimal strategies can reduce the power consumption of the chiller plant, 2# chiller, and water pumps(including chilled and cooling water pumps) by utmost of 15.9% ~16.6%, 0.2% ~ 4.9%, 39.8% ~ 46.2%, respectively.Compared with the usual operation strategy, the optimal strategies also can reduce the power consumption of the chiller plant by 6.0%~ 6.7%.
