两年制硕士研究生培养的几点思考

摘要 近年来随着国家经济的飞速发展和研究生教学能力的大幅度提高,硕士研究生的培养模式和效率等不能满足社会的多元化需求,硕士研究生教育的弹性学制改革成为新培养模式开展的切入点之一。结合我国两年学制硕士研究生教育的演化发展历程与现有两年制高校在硕士研究生培养中暴露的问题,探讨了提高以两年制为代表的弹性学制下的研究生培养质量的有效措施。 With the rapid development of the national economy and the substantial improvement of the teaching ability of graduate students in recent years,the training mode and efficiency of master’s degree students cannot meet the diversified needs of society,and the flexible academic system reform of master’s degree education has become one of the entry points for the development of new training models.Combined with the evolution and development process of two-year postgraduate education in China and the problems exposed by existing two-year universities in the training of postgraduate students,effective measures to improve the quality of postgraduate training under the flexible academic system represented by the two-year system are discussed.
